About us

Thryve is an AI-centric Fraunhofer Spin-Off developing a software development kit (SDK) for wearable- and smartwatch-based health monitoring. Analysing raw sensor signals and health data, our multi-disciplinary team creates a comprehensive set of health indicators available from everyday devices. This enables both research and health care providers to offer suit-tailored health assistance – in specializations ranging from cardiology to depression, from baby monitoring to geriatrics – and makes our software improve the lives of millions of people. Recently, we leveraged our technology in an effort to help monitor the spread of COVID-19 by launching an App in collaboration with the German Robert Koch Institute.

We are looking for a Head of Marketing who will be the founding leader of our marketing and branding strategy and will be a driving force behind our international expansion. You share our vision of day-to-day devices providing an individual health assistance and know how to articulate our story towards our stakeholders.

  • Take responsibility for drafting and implementing our international marketing strategy to create a globally recognized health tech brand
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity and sales performance
  • Coordinate and draft Thryve’s external visibility, including Press & Customer materials, on- and offline presences, PR & Social media strategy and positioning in industry organizations
  • Coordinate and steer marketing projects, in effective collaboration with sales and product departments

Your profile

  • Proven track record in a regional or global senior marketing position in a fast growing, execution-focused digital company
  • Strong competence in branding, digital marketing as well as PR and communications
  • Experience working with sales, project and product management teams ideal
  • Data-driven with experience designing, launching and directing online and offline campaigns
  • Ability to define and execute excellent results on your own budget
  • Experience in B2B marketing required, exposure to health care companies is a big plus
  • Creative, result-driven and problem solver
  • You have strong analytical skills and ability to understand technical information
  • You have excellent verbal and written skills in English (German and other languages are a plus)
